All international orders over $300.00 will qualify for free shipping as well. Any international orders under $300.00 will sent with a flat shipping fee of $15.00.

Any other taxes or fees upon delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer recieving the item.

Any in stock items will be mailed within 7 days. Any items not in stock will need to be specially ordered and the mailing time will be anywhere between 8-12 weeks depending. If you order items that have differerent availability times we will be shipping your items to you together. 

Once item is shipped you will be emailed the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated. If your tracking number still isnt registering please contact out shop and we will work with you to figure out the issue. 

Treasured Bloom Birth Services, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the shipping process to or from our shop. The customer assumes all responsibility for any lost or stolen items. If items were shipped to the wrong address due to your mistake when ordering we will not be responsible for remaking, or giving shop credit. If the package is returned to our shop for any reason you are responsible for a shipping cost of $7.00 due before item can be re-shipped.

Personalized orders (Rings/Earings) take 8-12 orders to ship out after ordering depending. Non personalized orders (Neckalces/Earings) take 7 days to ship out after recieving any add on materials (Breastmilk, Ashes, Hair, Dried Umbilival Cord, Placenta Powder, Flowers, Fabric, Soil, Ect) depending. 

AIR BUBBLES:

It is very normal for there to be small air bubbles in resin based jewelry. In most you wont be able to see them, but some you can. This comes with being hand made.

GOLD: All of the pieces of jewelry that have a "Gold" option are GOLD FILLED. This is a good quality metal but can tarnish with everyday wear, the hormones and sweat from your skin, and just over time with what it is exposed to. This isnt from the actual metal quality as we assure it is up to standard. 

BREAST MILK: Breastmilk comes in all different shades, consistencies, and react differently to the process. Some may come out more yellow and some more white. This is just part of the unique process. 

ADD ON PLACMENT/LOOK: You can share your vision for your piece of jewelry and we will work our best to make that vision come to life, but as each is hand made and unique we can't promise each ADD ON will be placed exactly how you invisioned it. 

TURN AROUND TIME: Our turn around time is 12 weeks. This can very depending on the setting shop and what we have in stock. Once we recieve your inclusions and the setting from the shop it takes about a week to create your piece and prepare it for shipping or delivery.

Keepsake pieces should be cared for as if it is an old heirloom piece. Please follow the jewelry care instructions that will be included with each finished product. If you have any questions requearding the care for each piece please reach out to us so we can guide you accordingly.
